The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) conducts an annual "point-in-time" count of homeless persons throughout Los Angeles County. Missing from LAHSA's tally, however, are cities of Pasadena, Long Beach, and Glendale. These three cities conduct their own count within their jurisdictions, independent of LAHSA. Here are key homeless count results reported by the City of Pasadena.
