Bronzeville | Little Tokyo: Trailer
Bronzeville - Little Tokyo

In 1942, the Little Tokyo neighborhood of Los Angeles began seeing thousands of its residents of Japanese ancestry forcibly removed and sent off to internment camps. At the same time, thousands of African Americans were migrating into Los Angeles to escape the harsh racism of the South. From 1942 through 1945, Little Tokyo became known as "Bronzeville."
