conference was founded in 1915 as the Pacific Coast Conference. USC

Cal State
Long Beach ended their football program after the 1991 season. The conference was
founded in 1969 as the Pacific Coast Athletic Association with Long Beach
as a charter member. Sister school Cal State Los Angeles was also a
charter member but ended their football program after the 1971 season.
