Serves the Northeast corner of Los Angeles County, and the counties of Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Sierra, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, and Yuba.	Serves the Southwest corner of Los Angeles County and the counties of Imperial, Orange, Riverside and San Diego.	Serves the County of Los Angeles (the Central portion; consisting of the City of Los Angeles and 67 other incorporated cities).
