Top Ranked Graduate Nursing Program in Southern California University
of California Los Angeles School of Nursing In 2007, U.S. News & World Report ranked the UCLA School of Nursing (established in 1949) graduate program 12th in the nation - consistent since at least 1999. It ranked second in California only to the University of California San Francisco. The school tied for 12th place with the University of Iowa and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Other Los Angeles County graduate-level nursing program to make the U.S. News list was at California State University, Los Angeles (rank: 72).
