Justice
According to 1998 U.S.
Department of Justice violent crime statistics for
communities with 100,000 people or more, Glendale, Torrance and Santa
Clarita are respectively the 22nd, 28th and 43rd safest cities in the
nation. Despite the crime image of the Los Angeles area, no city in Los Angeles
County made the list of the 30 most dangerous U.S. cities.
