Shakespeare by the Sea

Marcus Garvey Day Parade and Festival

This is an annual celebration of the birth, life, and
philosophies of Marcus Mosiah Garvey who united over eight million Africans
worldwide in the 1920s. This is a grassroots community event that invites

Fiesta de San Gabriel

This three-day fiesta celebrates the founding of the San Gabriel
Mission in 1771. It is the oldest festival in Los Angeles County. Thousands of
people attend the fiesta to enjoy a variety of festivities including rides,
